Business Reply Pro Pack is a digital product delivered after purchase. Please read this Refund Policy before buying.
1. Digital Product
This product is delivered digitally as a PDF file. No physical product is shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and did not access or download the file
- You did not receive access to the file and support could not resolve the issue
- There is a technical issue preventing access to the product
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided if:
- The digital file has already been accessed or downloaded
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You expected a physical product
- You expected guaranteed sales, customers, revenue or business results
- You failed to read the product description before purchase
- You request a refund after using the templates
4. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase to support@YOURDOMAIN.com with your purchase email and order/payment reference if available.
5. Review Process
Each request is reviewed case by case. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method according to the payment provider's rules and timelines.
6. Access Issues
If you cannot access your file, contact support@YOURDOMAIN.com first. We will help you receive the file or resolve the access issue.
